Install Notes:
* Remove any previous version of NGIRLS, animspritelite...
* Python V144 and megapymodulepack must be installed before NGIRLS
* NGIRLS will be automatically installs application files to phone memory and animation files to MMC...
* It is better phone is hacked rather than a certificate because i didnt check installation with a certificate...
